Facial Yoga

Everyday 5min and 5 years old younger! Japan have a lot of beauty TV program to teach the audience how to be more beautiful or healthier.

Digest

First, lower your head and look at the mirror.
This is your face 10years later.
This gives motivation on doing this exercise everyday.


Put your hand 45degree and don't bend your body.


Breathe in while raising your left hand.


Then use your index finger, middle finger and ring finger to pull up the end of your eye.


Breathe in and turn your head slowly while breathing out.


My wig is falling of.


Please hold your wig properly.


 This will make your blood and lymphatic flow smoother and better.

 
 Now put your thumb up. Should feel a bit different.

 
 Then index finger.

 
 Last is little finger, this is good for lymphatic.

  
 Last is extend your tongue in the direction towards which the head is.


 What group is this?

 
 Should be able to see a bit different.

 
 There is no time left, so do the other side after you get back home.
